Me

I’ve been working on a 3rd Edition of my book - NetSuite for Consultants for the last few months. It will be published again by Packt Publishing and should be out there this summer (2025). It’s going to include all of the latest features in the poroduct and platform and I think people in the NetSuite community should really like it. (Knock on wood…)

Work

I still work for Oracle | NetSuite as a technical consulting director and really enjoy that. I’ve been assisting my usual variety of clients (Wholsealers, Auto parts, food and beverages, and so on) with integrating the product with other services, and creating suitescripts for automations and customizations. We’re working really hard right now re-defining the dev ops tools we use in-house, and re-defining the set of reusable customizations we make available to new clients. We compete with partners for their business, so we pride ourselves on being the fastest & most efficient team who can get them live on the platform.

I live near Denver, Colorado and love the 4 distinct seasons we get here (though I am really ready for Spring to come along ASAP, please) Here at home it’s me, my honey, and my two kids, our two dogs and two cats, and my gravel bike, Bluey.

Right now, we’re in the cold season, so there’s snow on the ground sometimes and my bike rides are limited to the warmer days. That leaves time for games with the family, checking out colleges with my daughter and reading eBooks and listening to jazz records.
