2012 - present : Oracle NetSuite - Consulting Technical Director in Customer Success with 10 years experience implementing and customizing NetSuite for Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Services and Software vertical clients. I’ve worked with more than 75 companies, helping them make NetSuite work for their needs, solving real-world problems with sales, purchasing, inventory, integrations and automations.

2005 - 2012 : Sopheon Corp. - Senior Technical Consultant, implementing and customizing Sopheon’s Technology Roadmapping product with defense contractors and high-technology manufacturers.

1994 - 2002 : Data Strategies, Inc. - I started as a know-nothing tech support rep and left as the manager of 8 Support Representatives eight years later.
